Explanation: These are data from Statistics Austria (STAT). They are licensed as follows:
Licence: Terms of use for the data of the microcensus labour force survey
1. The data are provided by STATISTICS AUSTRIA for the duration of the project and the persons listed (data users). The data may no longer be used after completion of the project or when the data user leaves the project.
2. The data may only be used for scientific purposes. Use for commercial or other business-related purposes is not permitted. For these purposes, a separate agreement may have to be made.
3. Any extension of the data use in terms of duration, for further research projects and other authorised data users must be notified in writing to info@aussda.at without being requested to do so. Any new or modified agreement on data use is only valid after written approval from STATISTICS AUSTRIA.
4. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all other data users are informed of and comply with the terms of use.
5. The data may not be disclosed to other natural or legal persons, neither in return for payment nor free of charge.
6. STATISTICS AUSTRIA assumes no liability or guarantee for the consequences of delays in the dissemination of the products, for inaccuracies arising from the collection and processing of the data, and for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the direct or indirect use of data. Copies of the information contained in the products and other references to the data must be cited as follows: Statistics Austria, microcensus labour force survey and the respective year.
7. The data user undertakes to publish results only with due statistical care. Since the microcensus labour force survey is a sample survey, margins of error must be observed. Further information can be found in the Codebook document. No re-anonymisation measures may be taken and no individual data records may be published. Merging the data with other non-anonymised individual or household data is not permitted.
8. The results obtained by using the data and any publications referring to them must be made available free of charge to STATISTICS AUSTRIA. These must be provided by e-mail to info@aussda.at together with a sample copy in electronic form. On request, two copies of a written record of the research work carried out using the data must be sent free of charge to STATISTICS AUSTRIA.
9. STATISTICS AUSTRIA is entitled to withdraw the right to use the data at any time. Failure to comply with these terms of use will result in exclusion from further use of data from the microcensus labour force survey.
