AUSSDA - The Austrian Social Science Data Archive

We are a data infrastructure for the social science community in Austria and offer a variety of research support services, primarily data archiving and help with data re-use. We make social science data accessible, creating opportunities for research and data reuse. Since July 2020, we have been certified with the Core Trust Seal (CTS) as a "trustworthy data repository".

As project manager and co-initiator, the sociologist Max Haller has accompanied the Social Survey Austria (SSÖ) from the very beginning. Between 2014 and 2018, PUMA - Platform for Surveys, Methods and Empirical Analyses - conducted high-quality surveys in cooperation with Austrian universities, extramural research institutions and Statistics Austria.
