EOSC Future is an EU-funded H2020 project that is implementing the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). The project aims to establish a trusted platform for Open Science and FAIR data, resources and services in all scientific disciplines.

AUSSDA contributes to EOSC Future in two ways: First, we are part of Work Package (WP) 9 – Training and Skills. Within this WP, we create training materials and workshops on EOSC and Open Science that are aimed at different target groups - such as researchers or data stewards - in Austria and Europe. We make the materials accessible via different platforms, so they can be shared and reused.

In addition, we are a partner of OpenAIRE within EOSC Future. OpenAIRE is an open scholarly communication infrastructure with National Open Access Desks (NOADs) all across Europe. We support the organisation in the area of outreach and engagement, by assessing the needs and expectations of NOADs, addressing strategic topics of OpenAIRE and supporting members in national Open Science outreach activities.
